I was told that it was fine, pay an additional 4,000 and we will extend your subscription for a month, I did not expect this. But then, when I came to all the next 3 workouts before and after the start, the admin vehemently proved to me that I didn't have the right to go on a subscription right now and an error came out. The renewal end dates changed each time. Then 12 days, then 11.03, then something else. I came in today and they ruined my mood this morning with their lack of professionalism. On the phone, Tatiana Alexandrovna (unfortunately, I still did not understand what position she holds) She expressed it to me, completely ignoring everything that her staff had told me earlier. I had to pay for a one-time lesson, because I had already arrived. I give a score of 2 only for the cool trainer Alexandra, and I hope that someday the evolution of customer orientation will come to sorting, although it seems to me that such people can no longer be fixed.
