I am leaving a review about the store on Frunze Street. Unfortunately, my visit left unpleasant impressions. The room was very dirty and dusty, which does not add credibility to the workshop. But the main reason for my refusal of services is the unprofessional behavior of the employee. I witnessed his conversation with another client, to whom he frankly stated that it was not worth repairing "cheap" headphones, but it was easier to buy new ones on AliExpress. After such a disrespectful attitude towards the client, I did not risk leaving my phone. I hope that the atmosphere and service at the Smolenskaya branch will be at the proper level.🌸

They took money for the work and did not do it, after "such work" they had to communicate again, but this time to the professionals to fix what they had cooked there. Even one star is hard to give you. I brought the phone for repair, changed the microphone, filled it with water. The microphone and speaker were changed, cleaned from water. They took 30p for it. After a week, the microphone is working, but the speaker is no longer there. Question: why is there no warranty for your spare parts that you have installed? They put on some kind of speaker that was already playing around, although the problem was only with the microphone, and thanks for the work. The phone, if anything, is ordinary, push-button, costs about 50 rubles.

Hello! I rarely leave reviews, but I decided to write here anyway. I have never applied to Digital before, but here I had to apply with the firmware and remove the android radio. In order not to describe everything, I will say one thing: they take on everything, but they do not know how to do anything. While I was talking to them, two people came to me with job claims. I've spent so much money and nerves I can't pass on. And now I'm 100% sure I'll never go to them again, it's better to turn to knowledgeable and able people. The worst service I've been to.
