The waiter behaved very strangely, literally came up and looked at what was on our plates (not just out of the corner of his eye, but hanging over the table). The same waiter at the bar was openly laughing at the whole establishment. And as he put it, "it's unlikely they'll come back here" (I don't remember literally) I don't know who it was addressed to, but we certainly won't come here anymore, only negative emotions remain. A waiter should not allow himself such behavior in the hall. Pancakes with ham and cheese are too greasy. We were at the cafe on 03/16/2011

We were in this institution for the first and last time. I can't say anything about the quality of cooking, we haven't tried it, but the quality of service leaves much to be desired. Ordered with a child on a day off!!! (which implies a workload greater than on weekdays) a day of broth and coffee. The coffee was brought immediately, but the broth had to wait... more than 20 minutes!!! After noting that it was still a cafe, and not a restaurant with author's cuisine, they asked to wait a couple more minutes... Are you serious? The broth should be expected for half an hour, I'm afraid to even imagine how much the main dish is being prepared!!! They tried to explain to me that they have one cook and many people. To summarize: the hall was loaded with a stretch!!! half time, day off. Guys, if you can't simultaneously serve the number of customers properly for whom you have a room, then either expand the staff of chefs or reduce the service area. But expect broth!!! half an hour in the cafe!!! This is the bottom!!! I hope the management will take into account the entry in the book of comments and suggestions. By the way, in another cafe, bring soup to a child (drum roll) in 4 minutes (I specially timed it), with a hall 2 times larger and a similar load. So there is something to strive for. A quick meal is not here!!!

We were in the cafe for the first time, but believe me, all the guests were just delighted with the dishes, the quality of service of the staff, and the fact that our little wedding celebration was held at the highest level. The slightest glance at the waiter, the administrator and they are already here, listening to the client, discussing the menu at the highest level, believe me - they will not take too much. At the end of the evening, everything else was packed in containers, and we received a bottle of champagne from the institution in honor of the holiday. The hall itself is cozy, the smell is fresh and delicious food, what else is needed. Visit the cafe, you will be satisfied. Thank you for the evening.
