I bought A Meza M2 And lasted six months. The touchscreen has partially stopped working. I brought it under warranty, to which the answer is ""this is not a warranty case." Moreover, there is a queue of 20 people in the citrus service. the delivery of the Maze for repair. And many are immediately told that they will make repairs only for money, and the reason for this is a scratch or traces of scuffs. In short, it's a scam in one word. There is no more Citrus.

I bought the phone six months ago, they did not accept the warranty and said that there was moisture in the phone, although I did not touch it with wet hands, to which they replied that the phone could be in a room with high humidity. Nowhere does it say that the phone should be in a laboratory environment... Citrus is a scam....Guys, don't mess with this store, much less with the Meizu M2 note/
