Friends, if you are in Tbilisi, be sure to check out the Tsitska Wine Shop. This is a small but very atmospheric establishment with an emphasis on Georgian wines. There are only five seats, so it's cozy and intimate here. The main thing is the wine selection. You can try everything: classic red, refreshing white and amazing amber wines. By the way, I highly recommend the latter if you like a rich taste with light nutty notes. The staff is a separate topic. We were served by a girl, Nini, a real expert. She not only spoke in detail about the features of each wine, but also selected the ideal option based on my taste preferences. You can try it in small portions — a great way to find your own wine. We settled on a bottle of Saperavi 2018. The deep taste, slightly tart, with the aroma of cherries and spices is the perfect accompaniment to a warm Georgian evening. For a snack, we took local cheeses, which perfectly complemented the wine. If you get tired after a walk through old Tbilisi, Tsitska is an ideal place for an hour's rest. The atmosphere is calm, pleasant music is playing, and each wine tells its own story.
