After 3 years of operation of the UNIPUMP Aquarobot JET 100 L pumping station, the pump housing burst (he froze the pump in winter ((( ). The guys found a spare part (the housing is not available anymore), although it was easier to sell the pump.
I was impressed by the truly European service, which is unusual for Belarus. We found a spare part, called back, reset the information on how to get there!! That's great!

Three years ago, we bought a water heater, first the cap from the heating element flew, they immediately helped us and even gave us a reserve.
Now, due to improper operation, an outflow has begun to flow.
They called the guys again, and again they helped us out, they also didn't take the money.
