I had the pleasure of visiting the charming hotel and restaurant on the shores of Lake Sevan in Armenia, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this place truly tested my patience. The service was incredibly slow and unprofessional. We waited more than one hour just to get our drinks and food to arrive — and it wasn’t even that busy. The staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in helping. No updates, no apologies, nothing.

I really liked the restaurant! Great view, very tasty cuisine (we tried shish kebab from whitefish and delicious veal lula), good and fast service! The location is amazing: the location, the staff, the choice of music, the interior, the menu. The most delicious whitefish on the grill, potatoes, lula- beyond praise. We took homemade ice cream with tarragon and berry lemonade. We will remember it with great warmth :)

We arrived at the restaurant with a request to have dinner (as we told the hostess). We were seated at a table in a gazebo near the lake. We sat there for 10 minutes and they didn't give us the menu. We found a waiter, and they told us that only drinks and desserts were served at these tables (a strange decision, but okay). We asked to be transferred to a place where we could order food, but we were told that there were no seats. The restaurant is very large, the waiter in our area did not even check if there were seats somewhere. In front of us, the customers complained that they took a very long time to carry the food. In general, we were left hungry. I'm betting two races just because the place is visually very beautiful.

We went to this place on purpose, three adults and a baby. No one came up to us to show us an empty table, when we repeatedly asked for help, the waiters ignored us, eventually just waving us to the table, next to which it is impossible to put a wheelchair. As soon as the Armenian guests arrived, they were immediately offered a table, escorted and courteous. I was very upset by this situation, the restaurant has a lot of reviews, 5.0 rating, and such unthinkable behavior of the staff.

The case when expectations and reality diverge in different directions. We chose this restaurant for lunch, relying on good reviews. The entrance to the territory is beautiful and decorated. A well-decorated space, we chose an outdoor table. It took 1 hour from the moment of boarding to the start of pick-up. The first to arrive were not drinks (a bottle of wine and homemade lemonade), but a salad. OK, they asked for drinks, they brought lemonade. Just diluted from concentrate with ice. There is no fruit. After a while, I had to remind the waiters that they had forgotten about the wine. After 10 minutes (1 hour and 10 minutes after the order), the waiter solemnly announced that there was no ordered wine, as well as the ordered sterlet. He offered a wine substitute. Ok. He brought the wine at room temperature and brought another one instead of the ordered barbecue. We have not received any apologies for this service) The owners and proprietors of this restaurant, if you care about quality, you need to do something about it. It shouldn't be like this)

We visited this restaurant in October 2024, stayed in a guest house with it. I didn't like the restaurant at all. On the day of arrival, we came to have lunch and sat on the veranda. My husband ordered hash, and I ordered borscht. Our order was accepted, but after 10 minutes the waiters came and asked us to move to a separate gazebo, because hash can not be eaten on this veranda. We moved. The table was not cleaned in the gazebo, we waited for the waiter for another 10 minutes so that he would check our order again. We were from the road and very tired, so we ordered soups, their serving in restaurants is usually the fastest. But not in the case of these establishments, because only 15 minutes later the waiter came to us again to say that there was no borscht today. With grief, they brought us hash and some soup from the local cuisine, it turned out to be too salty and spicy, which I was not warned about. I shared our impressions about this restaurant with the manager, but he did nothing but apologize. Breakfast is also provided in this restaurant if you stay in a guest house. I didn't like the breakfasts either, because no vegetables at all succumbed to them, although I asked the waiters about it, the dishes are monotonous, in a word, I don't recommend breakfasts either. My separate request is to ask the waiters to bring their hands in order, dirty nails do not contribute to appetite.

Honestly, I really wanted to get to this place. But the disappointment is complete. It seemed like it was a weekday and the tables were half empty. But the waiters couldn't cope at all. Everything was carried for a very long time. We ordered ice cream, waited a long time, and went to find out. It turned out that it was not available. We waited 40 minutes for the receipt, asked to bring it several times (we ate for an hour, carried the receipt for 40 minutes!!!). For food, we ordered whitefish on the grill (it was wonderful), soup with horse shawl (delicious, but warm), summer salad (absolutely tasteless). We will not return 100% My husband said to put 1, I put 2 for the whitefish. I did not see cordiality in the face of the restaurant staff, I saw confusion and ignorance of the menu.

I don't recommend this place to anyone, you can't book a table in advance like we don't do that, you just get put where you can, it's half the trouble, the prices are just space!
