The company has THE Worst HR and trainer. The company's main job is to work with US clients, but HR doesn't speak english normally. When it comes to training week (they usually teach you the job for 1 week and test you before officially hiring), the trainer doesn't care about your skills. Who passed the test and who doesn't depends on the feeling of trainer. He chooses whom he likes, what kind of company do that? The company's work ethic is very poor. They don't care about how you work. If you show up to work, it is enough.
