TSUM is one of my favorite stores, a good household department, a huge department of toys and children's clothing, adult clothing departments occupy almost the entire third floor. There are stationery, shoes, cosmetics. There is an inexpensive dining room on the 4th floor and a small cafe-bistro on the 2nd floor - where my son and I regularly eat ice cream.
