A double feeling: modernity and a scoop in one bottle. There would have been a three if it hadn't been for the observation deck on the roof. However, the restaurant on this roof cannot even provide coffee to visitors outside its zone - you have to run the floor below to the fast food canteen and enjoy the views of Grodno.
