How do I determine where the city center is located? Either look for the zero kilometer, or the TSUM.
Usually, in TSUms it is expensive, rich, chic choice and interior, but in Kokshetau this is not the case. A pile of nooks and crannies, incomprehensible departments, just like in the market, exactly.

TSUM is one of the old shopping centers of Kokshetau. It is located in the city center. Two floors. We always buy clothes for children and teenagers here.

A large selection of goods for various purposes, a somewhat chaotic location of shops and vague navigation. I really liked the headwear store, the customers who are always present confirm this.
