I went to buy flowers with a baby. Accidentally, the stroller touched a vase with flowers on the floor and broke the flower. I paid for the flower . There are no questions here. When the vase fell, water leaked out . And the florist girl gave me a rag and told me to clean up! This is a service! I refused to clean up and apologized. To which I received the answer "and who will clean it? Me?". The buyer must! Indeed! It's just a shock! I paid for the broken flower and gave 10 rubles for spilled water on the floor! I've never felt so disgusting before. Treat your customers with respect and maybe they will come to you again! So I'm writing a review and I'm thinking of coming to write a complaint , but when I remember my condition while in your store, I already shudder .
