My husband ordered a bouquet from this store on February 14th (they had not ordered it before). 1- In frosty weather, the bouquet was delivered without additional packaging. 2-30% of the flowers were already yellow . 3-the next day , the bouquet could be sent to the trash , considering that I cut the ends and changed the water . Chrysanthemums ! The very flowers that cost at least a week . 4-the store did not admit its guilt, saying that there was "improper care" , they refused to compensate and solve this situation! A bouquet for a minute costs 125 rubles! And 20 rubles delivery in Minsk! If my husband had even been sent a photo of the bouquet , which is being sent by courier , he would have already rejected it based on the photo . They don't protect their reputation, absolutely. The price tag for a branch of chrysanthemums is too high! I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this flower shop. They ruined my mood and my husband 's 😥

I ran into the flower shop at the moment, not hoping to find anything (for some reason, the rating is low). But!!! What was my surprise!! What a gorgeous assortment, fresh flowers, and what a selection of ready-made compositions! And the prices are adequate, not 15 rubles per rose, as they are everywhere now. Unfortunately, I didn't remember the florist's name. She was very pleasant and polite, suggested a choice, and even recommended follow-up care. I bought a handbag box on 06/02 in the morning. It is very beautiful, magnificent and, not least, very tightly and securely fastened. The flowers perfectly tolerated both the wind and the bus))) Anyway, now I'm definitely going to come here for flowers. 🌷🌷🌷
