I bought flowers several times at a late hour, I always managed to get a fresh bouquet. Recently I stopped by at night to buy a bouquet of roses (they were not the first freshness on the counter), but since there was no time to look for another store, I bought it here. The next day, the bouquet lost its appearance (pruning, deep vase). The appearance did not cause delight, the flowers lost their appearance greatly overnight. I contacted this store with a request to somehow compensate for the spoiled appearance of the bouquet. The owner of the store went to a meeting and offered to replace the bouquet. I give a rating of 5 for the attitude towards the buyer.
