I would like to leave a review on the staff. Today, 05/31/2025, my husband and I went to this store for flowers. The request was for a couple of flowers for a good mood. As a result, the mood was spoiled, because Florit immediately began to collect a bouquet of nearby flowers from a bucket - purple-dyed chrysanthemums. When it was announced that the range was 20-30 rubles, the interest in the buyers immediately disappeared. We were informed that for such money we can only take roses here for 4 rubles. they look of very terrible quality, such flowers should already be disposed of. When asked to show us the white chrysanthemums from the refrigerator, the florist ignored us at first, and then refused, saying that they were the same as next to her in the bucket. Then she said that for that kind of money we can only take a flower in a pot. The service is disgusting, I'm sorry, but such a person has no place in this field, no culture of communication and understanding that people may have different budgets and not everyone needs huge bouquets. Отвратительный магазин цветов. Муж купил букет на мой День рождения, заведомо сказав, что нужен хороший букет для жены-флориста. И ему продали вот это ! Букет не обработан по нормам флористики, листва в месте сборки ? Кто у вас там работает ? Люди точно владеют знаниями о цветах ? Если вы уже продаете гниль и старье так будьте любезны как минимум сообщить хотя бы что цветы с прошлой поставки. Я разочарована, сегодня же пойду писать жалобу в книгу.
