We bought hydrangeas in this store, the seller assured us that they would stand for a long time, that they had just arrived today. They gave me 125 rubles. We followed the care recommendations and as a result, the next day there was nothing left of the hydrangea hats. It cannot be restored or revived... There is no response from the representatives. The attitude towards your customers is at zero. I do not recommend this organization in all areas. And cafes, and flowers, and who knows what else, and there is no decent level in anything.

Thanks for spoiling March 8th. My husband bought on March 7 in the evening to congratulate the mothers in the morning, in the morning they saw this "beauty". Although they turned on the humidifier near the flowers, they put it on micro ventilation for the right temperature and the flowers did not even survive the night. I do not recommend this flower shop to anyone.

But they didn't realize that it meant wrapping it in the cheapest and most wrinkled, as if used, kraft paper. They asked me to pack it anyway. This "employee" rolls her eyes, depicts a displeased face, raises her voice and says: GIRL, WELL, I ASKED YOU. After that, I packed them, so to speak, by simply tying the flowers with the most ragged ribbon and wrapping them with the same craft paper. As a result: a terrible bouquet, a spoiled mood I ask you to take measures and inform Svetlana that boorish attitude towards clients is unacceptable. This is her job, so let her do it with dignity and quality, or quit.
