They do not appreciate the client's time at all, there are a lot of customers: they came on February 13 to pay and order the same as on the showcase, but 2 times larger in size and pick up the bouquet on February 14 in the morning (so that they hurt themselves). I got the answer that they don't do that, come tomorrow and collect them on a first-come, first-served basis. To my question why this is so, if I already did this with them last time, I did not receive a clear answer. Unexpectedly and unpleasantly, there is nothing else to go to them and I recommend you P.S. by the way, at the Intersection without problems (which is logical) they agreed to do so.
