I do not recommend this place to buy flowers, because it is not known if you will be lucky this time or not: the flowers wilted the next morning for the second time. The holiday is ruined. And I have it, and I know about it, but it's possible that when we gave flowers, the situation was similar. Unfortunately, the sellers are deceiving, saying that the flowers are fresh.… For the first time, my husband returned the flowers and wrote a comment. The reaction of the store's management is at the highest level: they gave a 20% discount on the next purchase, without even thinking about the fact that they ruined the girl's holiday (I'm not even talking about the fact that the product was of poor quality, but no one thought to return the money for it or exchange it for other (fresh) flowers, referring tothat the flowers are not exchangeable or refundable, although no one was going to return them, they were of poor quality, as a result of which they wilted in less than a day). And here it is again, the morning after February 14th, and in a vase....a spoiled mood. I don't want to waste time returning, because no one will even think about my mood and that, in principle, the store should bring joy by selling, and not just income (((. Terrible customer orientation. We stood in a long queue, after which we were asked to make a small compliment bouquet of 1 flower with decoration, to which we received the answer "we don't do that," and the sales girl simply left us and began serving the next visitors without giving any explanation.
