I was very disappointed to visit this store. The seller behaved as ugly as possible, she didn't give a damn about the customers, and the answer to cultural communication and questions was passive aggression. There is no complete customer orientation. This attitude discouraged any desire to return here again. I do not recommend this store if you value respect and good service.

I consider it my duty to share the extremely negative experience of visiting your flower shop. Unfortunately, the employee behaved completely incompetently and impolitely. Her behavior was downright rude and boorish. Firstly, there was no consultation on the choice of colors. The employee was reluctant to answer my questions, and sometimes completely ignored them. I got the impression that I was in her way, and not a customer who came to ask for help in choosing colors. Secondly, her knowledge of colors left much to be desired. I did not receive any intelligible answers to basic questions about the names of plants and the conditions of their maintenance. And finally, I consider the refusal to issue a receipt to be a serious violation of consumer rights. Overall, visiting your store left an exceptionally unpleasant impression. I hope that the management will take measures to improve the quality of service and work with the staff regarding the standards of ethical behavior with customers.

A bouquet can be made for this money, there are no complaints (price-quality), no one expected any design tricks, but the rudeness of the florist woman herself simply knows no bounds. Although no, not a florist, but female saleswomen. All the people around her are so unpleasant to her, neither to ask, nor to ask...I just silently indicated the budget of the bouquet and left to wait for the order, but I really wanted to turn around and leave, but the flowers were needed urgently.
