I consider it my duty to share the extremely negative experience of visiting your flower shop. Unfortunately, the employee behaved completely incompetently and impolitely. Her behavior was downright rude and boorish. Firstly, there was no consultation on the choice of colors. The employee was reluctant to answer my questions, and sometimes completely ignored them. I got the impression that I was in her way, and not a customer who came to ask for help in choosing colors. Secondly, her knowledge of colors left much to be desired. I did not receive any intelligible answers to basic questions about the names of plants and the conditions of their maintenance. And finally, I consider the refusal to issue a receipt to be a serious violation of consumer rights. Overall, visiting your store left an exceptionally unpleasant impression. I hope that the management will take measures to improve the quality of service and work with the staff regarding the standards of ethical behavior with customers.

a young man bought a bouquet of French roses in the size of 5 pieces and 15 (!!!!!) rub per unit, 02/14/2026. initially, the flowers were excellent, but after less than a day they began to dry out very much, the result is that in three days they can be thrown out. completely dried out, even with proper care (cold water, oblique cut, not the sun). This is not the first time the situation with this store has happened, and there are a lot of questions about the quality of flowers.

I was very disappointed to visit this store. The seller behaved as ugly as possible, she didn't give a damn about the customers, and the answer to cultural communication and questions was passive aggression. There is no complete customer orientation. This attitude discouraged any desire to return here again. I do not recommend this store if you value respect and good service.
