I consider it my duty to share the extremely negative experience of visiting your flower shop. Unfortunately, the employee behaved completely incompetently and impolitely. Her behavior was downright rude and boorish. Firstly, there was no consultation on the choice of colors. The employee was reluctant to answer my questions, and sometimes completely ignored them. I got the impression that I was in her way, and not a customer who came to ask for help in choosing colors. Secondly, her knowledge of colors left much to be desired. I did not receive any intelligible answers to basic questions about the names of plants and the conditions of their maintenance. And finally, I consider the refusal to issue a receipt to be a serious violation of consumer rights. Overall, visiting your store left an exceptionally unpleasant impression. I hope that the management will take measures to improve the quality of service and work with the staff regarding the standards of ethical behavior with customers.

I was very disappointed to visit this store. The seller behaved as ugly as possible, she didn't give a damn about the customers, and the answer to cultural communication and questions was passive aggression. There is no complete customer orientation. This attitude discouraged any desire to return here again. I do not recommend this store if you value respect and good service.

Although no, not a florist, but female saleswomen. All the people around her are so unpleasant to her, neither to ask, nor to ask...I just silently indicated the budget of the bouquet and left to wait for the order, but I really wanted to turn around and leave, but the flowers were needed urgently.

I needed 1 Rose! There is a flower delivery in the store! I liked the rose, which was not in the refrigerator, but which was in the basket next to the seller!! the seller rudely refused to sell it to me! They say she just received these flowers and processes them! What's the problem with getting one rose and selling it to me??? With such a mood, it's better to stay at home rather than work with people! If I hadn't been in a hurry, I would have written a complaint in the book! 11.10.2022
