My husband ordered a bouquet from this store for my birthday, and I was very touched! The flowers came fresh and beautifully decorated, just the way I like them. I was very pleased that it was delivered on time, and the bouquet looked simply gorgeous. But unfortunately, after a couple of days, the roses started to fade. It was a little frustrating, because I don't want such moments on my birthday to spoil the mood. It's good that my husband also ordered a Scandinavian cake, and it was a salvation! The salmon cake turned out to be incredibly delicious, and the mood immediately lifted. Although the flowers let me down a little, but the surprise from my husband was still a success. I hope it was just an accident, and next time everything will be perfect.

They can replace the flowers in the bouquet without approval and assume that this is normal. The bouquet itself arrived as if a courier had been sitting on it all the way.
Considering that they take an advance payment, and the quality is not guaranteed, I will not risk taking it here a second time.
