On the day of the fence, I arrive, and they tell me without a shadow of embarrassment: * "Oh, we didn't register you!"* No apologies, no attempt to fix the situation! We didn't even make minimal efforts — no discount, no urgent bouquet of what we have, no help finding an alternative. As a result, at a crucial moment, I was left without flowers, I had to look for another store in a panic. How can you treat your customers so negligently? Zero responsibility, zero professionalism. I don't advise anyone — save your nerves and money! P.S. If it were possible to put "0 stars", I would.
