We arrived in Cappadocia for 2 days, we had a balloon flight booked, but the weather was bad these days. The money was returned to us, but there was one last chance to fly in the morning on the day of departure, there was absolutely no time left.
The agency we worked with refused - the chance of missing the plane was too great.
But these guys did the impossible, and we flew in a balloon and managed to get to the airport.
Yes, there were language difficulties and the bus was a little late for the balloon, but everything worked out!
