Не работает, закрыт. Набережная где гуляет очень много гостей города . Туалетов практически нет, или они закрыли, или платные. У нас в Екатеринбурге есть бесплатные туалеты в туристической зоне, которые работают круглый год. А тут днем с огнём не сышешь. Не всем же в море ходить)
