A great place to spend a family vacation. The food is delicious and varied, and the buffet is incredibly large. There are many different activities on the territory: a tennis court, a mini zoo with parrots, basketball and soccer fields, entertainment machines, a mini water park, many bars with delicious alcoholic cocktails, and without them, a large swimming pool, next to which there is a good bar. There is also a small shopping center, which has clothing, accessories and bags stores, a spa, a beauty salon and more. Convenient quick access to the sea, lots of bunks, so even if you wake up late, there will still be places. Great evening show program. The only drawback is that the Wi-Fi works poorly, or rather, the connection to it itself is questionable, as for me, since you need to keep a passport data series to connect. Good and polite attitude of the staff, who are always ready to help and suggest what is necessary. There was practically no language barrier, as most of the staff knew Russian, and it was very comfortable.

The hotel is 5* short, good, solid 4*. We visited in August 2025. Large, green, well-maintained territory, many different fruit trees grow, very tasty peaches, amazing food! There were many places and in better places, but there was nowhere as delicious as in Tuan! No frills, but whatever they take, it's great! 😍(Desserts are just not very good, but I don't like them either) you can have a delicious meal any time before 00:00. The deluxe club room is nice, but very small, there is not enough storage system, everything is fine with plumbing, noise insulation is zero, ants are like pets, cleaning is terrible))) The service is so-so - clean and bring everything yourself, the dishes from the rooms are not cleaned at all. There's only one pool on site and there's a lot of hair floating in it. 🙈 The sutra sea is super, in the afternoon the waves are washing up the mud. You can't go in without sea slippers - rocks, it hurts. There are very few free sun beds, but you can find them if you want) tourists probably already take towels at 7 a.m. both at the sea and near the pool, and most importantly do not come to them! There is a good kids' club, there are Russian-speaking animators, a 5-year-old child was quietly left for 2-3 hours, always happy and with crafts. Despite all the shortcomings, we abstracted and rested 100%!
