People were queuing up to get scrambled eggs and pancakes. The same dishes were placed in food containers. The fruits were the same (watermelon, pineapple and once there was a papaya). I would like to note separately that cleaning is daily, but linen is not changed, only towels! The breakfast is not great, but everyone will definitely find something to eat. We even gave Tom yam for breakfast once) According to my personal feelings, solid 3 stars, 4 here, of course, is a stretch! Another pleasant room service, though with a limited menu. But the children moved the beds closer to each other to sleep closer. There's a small gap along the beds. They are separate from each other. The following situation occurred: in the morning we were brushing our teeth. The lights went out. Everything was fine during the day . But in the evening they turned on the light in the bathroom. The lights were on all over the room. And when the button was pressed, it turned off in the whole apartment. They called on the phone and explained the reason. They said, "Wait 10 minutes. When booking, they asked for a higher room, as a result, they allegedly increased the comfort by providing rooms on the 1st floor with access to the pool. Maybe someone likes to constantly listen to screams at the balcony, piles of people on the steps and have things constantly wet from splashes, then you may like it. We asked to be spared from this, the staff vaguely hinted that they might change later, but we did not want to waste time on moving. But that was just the beginning... They found out that the safe was not working, the master was waiting, after an hour he said he would be able to fix it only tomorrow. In reality, the safe was repaired 4 times, then changed. Once he wrote all night! The engineer came only in the morning, Another time we couldn't open the safe, as a result we were late for the tour, as the money and tickets were in the safe, and the staff was in no hurry. On the first morning, we woke up to the fact that strangers were walking around the room! It turned out that the front door wouldn't close! Absolutely! Every day we demanded to repair the door, the master came (and not immediately! And the staff warned us to wait for all the craftsmen in the room and be present during the repair). After the repair, the door performed its functions for a short time, but then it did not close again. On the last day, when we demanded the main manager, they admitted to us that the door needed to be repaired thoroughly and gave us an ordinary key. But he also didn't close the door! The door to the bathroom and toilet did not close at all! You could only visit the toilet with the door wide open, or you had to somehow manage to hold it. It was impossible to cover her tightly. We have repeatedly waited for the master, repairs, and .. everything is as before! The air conditioner was constantly hanging and not working . Just in the evening, water gushed out of the window. The renovation, with our obligatory presence, deprived us of the opportunity to meet with friends. The engineer dropped some detail and instead of with the maid they searched for it for 2 hours. Water dripped from the air conditioner all night, buckets were carried, 2 liters per hour. It was impossible to fall asleep under these drops. I repaired it only the next day. The water in the room is either cold or hot, there is no third option. For some reason, they only give 1 large towel. It was with great difficulty that we managed to get a hand towel, but it was rarely changed. For a 4* hotel, it's just amazing!. The kettle did not turn off on its own, it was necessary to wait until it boils. It seems that the hotel decided to renovate this room at our expense, we had to endlessly tip various craftsmen. In the restaurant, a flock of pigeons spend on tables and containers with food. One employee tried to disperse them, but it's impossible, the restaurant is open. The staff, despite all our problems, only gasped, it was impossible to get a meeting with the management. The hotel staff speaks almost no Russian or English. No compensation was offered to us for the numerous problems. Breakfast supposedly starts at 6 o'clock. A couple of times it was about 7 o'clock, the light was off, the only food was rice and noodles, iced tea and coffee. The staff was leisurely preparing something. They did not respond to the request to at least turn on the light. From the positive : the beach is 7 minutes away. The hotel is on a busy street, 7 minutes to the right to the 7-11 store. The 999 store is closer. Currency exchange, massage, excursions, markets are all nearby. The hotel has 2 rooms, 2 large wardrobes in the room, but there are no small bedside tables, drawers. There is sufficient lighting, both general and local. Large balcony, table, chairs, dryer. 3 maids cleaned at the same time, quickly and cleanly. But living with an open door, constant renovation of the entire room is not a vacation! We were in November 2024 in the 6th building.
