We gave the shoes away twice for repairs, which lasted a month, and then the cheap superglue held everything together more securely. The second order was expected for 5 weeks instead of 2, which was promised. The total cost included parts whose replacement had not been agreed in advance. For your money, for which you can buy a new pair of shoes, the work was done very carelessly, the backs were changed, in the most visible place on the edge of the lacing, the new material was already torn and carelessly tinted with white paint. Now it's easier to part with even the most beloved crazy shoes and just buy a new one.

I handed over 5 pairs for cleaning, on the same day the shoes got to the master and they called me back and offered to repair one of the pairs (it was worn on the heel), the message about the readiness of pairs for cleaning came in 8-10 days. I took it away, everything was great, one couple was quietly sent home, they said it would be ready in a day or two. We offered spacers in shoes with an adequate price, I took for each pair. In general, everything is great from now on I will use the repair and cleaning service only from them.

The order was made for almost a month. The operator on the phone said that the order would definitely be ready, upon arrival at the pick-up point, it turned out that it was not ready. A few minutes after leaving the pick-up point, they sent an SMS that they were ready. When handing over shoes for repair, a table of works has been compiled. When examining a pair of shoes, it turned out that they were not made in full volume and the replacement of the backs was made with the wrong material and not what is indicated in the table. I had to leave it for a few more days. For such a price, the quality of service is not very high.
