They took it away for a re-cleaning and as a result, I waited for another 2 weeks and 0 answers, and when I wrote, everyone apologized and that was it. One of the advantages is the courteous service at the pick-up and order acceptance point. As for the job, it's done. but..I had shoes repaired to replace the zipper. I gave the shoes for repair on January 23. The young man warned me what would be done in early February. Well, in my opinion, the beginning of February is 1, 2, well, until the fifth day +/-. On the fifth, I called, they told me my order was still in the works, I waited a couple more days, called on the ninth, they told me that my order was still in the works and in general the deadline for issuing the order was February 12. Ok, I waited until 12, 3 weeks passed for a second, on the twelfth I was told that my order was still in the works. Then I couldn't stand it and was outraged at how much work one poor shoe could do. The girl promised to clarify and call me back. She called back and said that the order had been placed and would be returned in 2 days. Finally, after 2 days, my shoe was returned to me. I've repaired a lot of things in my life, shoes, clothes, household appliances, and a car, but not a single repair took me that long. During this time, it was possible, in principle, to sew a new shoe. Well, okay, I can understand everything, maybe their masters are super busy, maybe they are repairing and cleaning the whole Brest, but in this case I think it is necessary to warn the client that he will need to wait 3 or more weeks. A person can wait that long, then please, he doesn't have the opportunity, he will bring it somewhere else. In my understanding, this is simply dishonorable. Actually, I took off three stars for the "service".

I gave away two pairs for the repair of backdrops: with an inversion for the factory and without an inversion, with a leather patch. The flip-out was done perfectly: the sneakers were as good as new. The convenience has not gone away — it is very comfortable to walk, as before. But the leather patch turned out to be unsuccessful. After the first wear, the white socks turned black. The backdrop itself has become oak and cuts the legs. Maybe I'll get used to it, but it's obviously a bad decision. I do not recommend a leather patch, but they did it perfectly with an inversion and extended the service life of the shoes.

I gave the shoes to repair the back. The work was not completed on time. They promised high quality - in fact, there were traces of glue, which was used for marking with a ballpoint pen. The leather is cheap and thin, not sewn on, just taped. The insole is torn off and not glued to its place. The high price is several times more than in the neighboring workshop. I don't recommend this workshop to anyone.

Autumn is a nice point for receiving and issuing orders , which sets it apart from other shoe repair shops . And this is the only positive difference. It took a MONTH to repair my sneakers!!! At the same time, the price is twice as high as in a workshop built at home. Well, they send SMS messages when they're ready.

There is zero customer orientation. I wanted to take the sleeve off the jacket, which is detachable with a zipper. The jacket is new, I put a greasy stain on the sleeve. They refused. They say we don't clean the elements. Why would I wash an entire jacket if it's completely clean? And if I had brought the same sleeveless jacket, that is, a vest, would they have refused me too? And if I had unfastened the jacket without the hood, would they have refused it too? What if I had new sneakers and an ice cream cone fell on one of them? Would you also have to give up two sneakers? And of course, there were dry cleaners in the city, with a good approach and logic in their work, who were happy to clean the sleeve. We didn't overwork ourselves. P.S. after this review, they wrote to me and really asked me to fix it or delete it. Apparently, reviews are more important than satisfied customers.
