The bartender is an expert in his field: he doesn't just mix cocktails, but selects a drink to suit the mood. I was pleased with the cuisine: the portions are generous, and the serving is hearty. I especially liked how the staff was unobtrusively interested in their impressions — not for show, but to really understand what they liked and what could be improved.
