i noticed that one of the 3 shirts I bought at 15.02 had a defo on the collar and went to the store to make a change at 22.02. Friends at the store called the store manager. When the responsible friend came and checked the product, he admitted that the product was defective, but stated that he could not make changes because the product did not have an internal label, the company said not to make changes "even if the product is burned" when there is no internal label. Although the example he gave may seem strange, I realized that it might have happened later. Even though I said that I didn't cut the label, if I had cut it, a part of the label must have remained where it was sewn, or there must have been a mark on the seams there, it didn't help. The defect of the product was that the part sewn on the inside of the collar to keep the collar upright was sewn on the opposite side. It is also a detail that I should mention that he tries to fix the sewn part and causes more damage to the product while doing so. When I saw that the gentleman in charge of the store continued to damage the product, I stated that I would meet with the company if it would not help, but he folded the product nervously, put it in the bag and said, "here, solve your problem with the company", it was now the peak of disrespect and customer dissatisfaction. I think he perceived my statement that I would meet with the company as a threat. If you are thinking about buying products from this store, I would say think again. If you are going to buy it anyway, be sure to check the product you bought several times from all sides.
