A resort is like a resort. There are beautiful views and the lift itself lifts you up at such an angle that it takes your breath away. But there is a fly in the ointment in every barrel. First of all, restaurants charge such prices that it won't seem enough. The food is not tasty from the word at all. There are a lot of abandoned buildings around, and as usual, the GUIDE, who is also a BASTARD, will take you to the most expensive restaurant and the most expensive souvenir and gift shop. They'll skin you to the skin if you slack off. This just spoils the whole vacation.

When boarding the elevator on March 2, 2025, the child slipped off the seat, the staff did not stop the elevator, and I had to jump to pull my son out of the way of the cab that was following him. Then people started shouting, the lift was stopped, a young employee came out, did not help us in any way, although it was difficult for me to move because of a broken leg from jumping. Then no one helped us in any way and got to the hotel room, to the car. There is also no emergency room for first aid in Tufandag. When boarding the elevators, no one controlled the situation, did not help, a 5-year-old child passed by and went alone without an escort, no one noticed. There is not enough choice of training trails, instructors take children to study on professional trails, which is dangerous not only for students, but also for other skiers, who are prevented by students from successfully maneuvering at high speeds. There is no understanding that normal people with children do not come for extreme sports, but to relax as safely as possible, hoping that instructors will gradually improve the skating skills of children. The service has already incorrectly installed ski mounts twice, which is why they constantly jumped off during movement.
On March 1, the tracks were not prepared, but they were open for skiing. Highways in many places were also not ready for safe passage due to repairs, snow, and ice.
In short, the ski complex does not have the level necessary for the successful operation of a ski resort. In addition, the staff has no knowledge of foreign languages. In cases of emergency, there is no professional reaction and just a human attitude towards tourists. I'm very disappointed.

We visited at the end of November, there was a little fog, but still we liked everything. At the 2nd or 3rd stop there is a cafe with a children's playroom, the toilets are clean.
We would like to visit this place in spring or summer.
