Then no one helped us in any way and got to the hotel room, to the car. There is also no emergency room for first aid in Tufandag. When boarding the elevators, no one controlled the situation, did not help, a 5-year-old child passed by and went alone without an escort, no one noticed. There is not enough choice of training trails, instructors take children to study on professional trails, which is dangerous not only for students, but also for other skiers, who are prevented by students from successfully maneuvering at high speeds. There is no understanding that normal people with children do not come for extreme sports, but to relax as safely as possible, hoping that instructors will gradually improve the skating skills of children. The service has already incorrectly installed ski mounts twice, which is why they constantly jumped off during movement.
On March 1, the tracks were not prepared, but they were open for skiing. Highways in many places were also not ready for safe passage due to repairs, snow, and ice.
In short, the ski complex does not have the level necessary for the successful operation of a ski resort. In addition, the staff has no knowledge of foreign languages. In cases of emergency, there is no professional reaction and just a human attitude towards tourists. I'm very disappointed.

We visited at the end of November, there was a little fog, but still we liked everything. At the 2nd or 3rd stop there is a cafe with a children's playroom, the toilets are clean.
We would like to visit this place in spring or summer.
