I am living in this hotel for the second time, so the impression will be for both visits Tufenkian, of course, is very conveniently located, in the very center, walking, taxis, restaurants, cafes,metro… Everything is very convenient… First of all, I want to note this wide service, you can blame the stardom of the hotel, but I think Armenian hospitality is very complementary to it, including meeting at the airport ... very convenient ... a friendly driver and a comfortable car… What else is needed for a traveler from the very beginning...... very fast registration of the reception and in any language… In general, the reception at this hotel has a very welcoming service and atmosphere… Any issues are resolved instantly… My son's shoulder ached, a massage therapist was immediately called, with his couch, by the way, he is very visually impaired, from there the feeling of hands is just an angel, my son was very pleased with this master ... like ancient Yerevan itself, the hotel is located in a historical building, very clean and tidy, noted this for both trips ... in general, it is very clean in Yerevan Of course, you can find fault, but this is rare… They serve breakfast like in a good European hotel, but with a national bias,... Very tasty coffee, it is in the Taufenkian hotel, not all of these can boast, although Armenia is a country of coffee, cognac and smoking.... I remind you that I am writing a personal look!!!… rooms for different wallets, sizes and types… The first time I got a view of the opening day, now the room was the size I like Big size, but the view was alas from the neighboring hotel… But the construction schedule was followed very well, so I didn't notice anything and didn't feel any discomfort.… I even had dinner this time… It so happened... we arrived late after excursions... had a nice meal and even drank a glass of pomegranate wine… As always, it's amazing… I can say that the service that I have met in all my travels is better… These are Qatar and Armenia.... The hotel has a good atmosphere corresponding to the historical building… All services correspond to the star rating of the hotel, I do not even want, although I have already lived in other hotels in Armenia, to change my place of residence when visiting this country, good bed linen, towels, bathrobes and other pleasant little things for a traveler, you will find this very few places in Europe... my son tasted coffee cognac, did not even know that there was such a thing... I enjoyed a glass in the lobby every evening, it's small inside, but by the way it's very cozy… The cleaning in the rooms is very high quality, any requests are fulfilled immediately ... To my shame, the production of Carpets that are located in this building has not yet entered ... I will fix it in the spring ... Cons I can only indicate sound insulation but the lack of ancient buildings, in Venice I faced the same!!!... the transfer was also taken back to the airport, also at the hotel.....thanks !!!
