I was vacationing here in August of the 24th year. I felt sick on the way here and the owner of the hotel agreed to accept payment for 2 days with the possibility to extend it for the 3rd day, for which I am very grateful to him. The room is in excellent condition, the renovation is fresh. There is a shower, toilet and sink (mountain drinking water). The room also has a kettle, air conditioning, several cupboards and bedside tables for storage, as well as a comfortable double bed, a small sofa (folding) and an ottoman. From the window there is a magnificent view of the mountains, the relaxing sound of a small river. There are canopies, benches, tables, chairs, something like a cafe on the territory, you can go down and buy soft drinks! Also on the territory you can meet a cute dog Bear, a slightly plump fluffy friend (be sure to stroke him). As a result: I was delighted and very pleased with both the room itself and the territory. The hosts are very kind and friendly people. I highly recommend it.

A wonderful place with a cozy atmosphere! We will definitely come back here again — the impressions are only positive. The service is top-notch (5/5), the cleanliness is impeccable (5/5). We rested with my husband for three days in this hotel, the room has all the amenities, gorgeous views open from the window😍 the owners are very friendly👍🏻 we are delighted! We recommend everyone to stay at Tumanyan's House 💯
