We came in by accident, without recommendations. It was very tasty. We took this: cold beetroot soup from the chef, a score of 10 out of 10, khinkali with chicken 10/10. I have never eaten such incomparable khinkali before. Moreover, I didn't like them at all, because no matter how much I ordered, everything was rubbish (by the way, it wasn't in Armenia). And here it's just a gastronomic orgasm. Khinkali with cheese and herbs is also delicious. But they didn't even let me try them, they ate everything themselves (my family). There are no photos, because they were not up to them.

We had lunch and dinner at this cafe several times during the period from November 3 to November 7, 2021. Very tasty, plentiful and fast! We tried different dishes - hash, lentil soups, SPAS, solyanka. Hashlama with chicken and veal, kebab and cutlets, stewed spinach and mandak, grilled vegetables. In all cases, they were within the amount of 10 thousand drams. The price on the receipt always includes 10% for the service. They paid both in cash and by card.

The food is normal, I can't say that WOW, the interior is good, but the prices are very high, the salad was bitter, 50 ml of adjika cost 1500 rubles. Well, we did not wait for the delivery of 200 drams.
I do not recommend this place to anyone, there are better places in Tsakhkadzor, with live music, better service and much tastier food, for less money. An ordinary chain restaurant, where everyone cares about the quality.
But it 's kind of a shame about the change ...

Like it:
1. Delicious food
2. Hostess work and interior
I didn't like it:
1. Prices are above average for many positions.
2. The waiter's behavior was quite strange and inhospitable.
3. The waiter does not understand wine, he could not advise anything sensible, he just called the names of the wines. I couldn't tell you about their differences and taste characteristics.
4. The impression was finally spoiled by the fact that when the waiter brought the bill, one wine was counted at a price 3 times higher than the ordered one.
After pointing out the error, the account was corrected, but not a word of apology was said for this situation.
Be extremely careful when paying the bill!.

If you haven't tried khinkali from Tumanyan, then you haven't tried khinkali. And salad with tomatoes and cucumbers is just a fairy tale.

I wasn't going to write a review, but I decided to do it anyway as a warning for future tourist visitors. I'll make a reservation right away - our friends recommended Tumanyan Khinkali, and it's really very tasty, cozy, clean and quite inexpensive (especially by Russian standards). We were going to eat here for the whole vacation, but we were lucky only 3 times, because it was on the 3rd time that we were very roughly cheated. We had dinner together with my husband. We always estimate the amount of the check in advance, especially in another country. So, the amount on the bill was 2 times(!) more than we expected from the menu. In drams, it turned out to be 26,664 (this is about 4,000 rubles for understanding the issue). By the standards of the menu, with this money you can feed and even get a company of 5-6 people drunk here... Of course, it's our fault that we already thought about how it could have happened while we were at the hotel. They were in a hurry to leave, a taxi car was waiting, the result is obvious... The amount calculated by us according to the menu should not have exceeded 13,000 drams even with the most generous food arrangement. The visit time is October 29, 2021, the payment was made at 18-06. And for some reason, the waiter took the bill with him immediately after payment. (By the way, tips are included in it in advance).
We didn't go to figure it out already, so as not to spoil our mood. God grant health to the people who have done so badly.
I recommend visiting anyway, as everything is wonderful in terms of food and atmosphere!
But! Read the bill!!! Count the money!

Khinkali is super even if you get stuffed. The dough is thin, inside is a delicious broth. We took 6 beef, 2 boiled cheese + 2 fried cheese. It's just right for two. Everything is super and the wine is included.

I came in with the firm intention of eating khinkali. I really wanted to. At the entrance to my "Hello :)" I received a curt and unsmiling "English!" from a passing receptionist (or waitress). ". I respect the desire to use English for international communication. I was not satisfied with the form to inform me about this. She left to reflect on Armenian hospitality and the quality of service.
