In general, it is normal, you can eat. White or red sauce is added for an additional fee. By default, no sauce. White on kefir is sour and for an amateur. Red is just normal. In my opinion, shavukha in the area for 200 rubles is much tastier, but in the absence of it and hunger, you can eat here.
