I wanted to place my bike inside, but the cleaner said not to, so I placed it outside by the window. An employee named Alexander (he gave me his name) came out and said to move it away from the window, even though the cleaner said to to place it there. Alexander said that "It looks ugly" and "it blocks the path to the door" There is this thing called SECOND DOOR. Why can't I keep my bike in my field of vision? Why do I have to attach it to a pole nearby? You'd better make your customers happy, than care about how ugly the restaurant looks.

I really like it, we always come here a couple of times every time we come to Yerevan, great shawarma.
My favorite is with beef and an extra sour cream sauce there, just super.
The snacks are also very tasty, the tan is excellent.

I'm sorry to even give 1 star. Terrible service! We went in on our lunch break, there was no shawarmist, they promised that we would have to wait 5 minutes. The cashier punched everything wrong, double-check the receipt. The shawarmist arrived 15-20 minutes later, during which time a queue formed. The shawarmist decided to start fulfilling orders from the END, despite the fact that we have said a million times that we arrived earlier!
The lunch break ended during this time, I had to cancel the order, and the hungry went to work. DON'T GO TO THIS STINKING PLACE!

Russian Russian staff: the cashier understands Russian terribly, I can understand if it would be in another country, but in a Russian-speaking country they must understand Russian, to the question of how much to expect, I ask 5 minutes? Says yes, I waited 15 minutes when the restaurant was empty) The cashier was very angry)
But the cook understands perfectly well and says how the staff is selected at the checkout there are questions)
I liked the interior, the atmosphere is ordinary.

French fries are not salted, tasteless

They cook shawarma from chicken, pork and veal of different sizes and form factors, and there are also kebabs, kebabs and some salads on the menu. Shawarma, even of size M, is large, satisfying enough for a hearty snack. They offer their own sauces to choose from for an additional fee, except for ketchup and mayonnaise, which are traditional for Yerevan.
Of the cons: for some reason, even though the shawarma was heated in the grill, it turned out to be almost cold.

Yeah, I'm not lucky with Tumanyan shawarma in Yerevan. 23.05 I came to this place, the girl at the checkout did not greet me, behaved arrogantly, rolled her eyes. A shawarmist "fraternally" harnessed himself to her with questions about why I was taking pictures. In general, you need to work on the service, as such employees spoil the impression of the entire network. Respect to the guys from Tumanyan shawarma in Gyumri, everything was great there.

We visited this institution, We were dissatisfied! Three times when ordering, they asked to do it without onions, the girl at the checkout confirmed it three times! The result is a shawarma with onions!(very greasy, not to say that it's delicious here! There are many places in Yerevan where it is much tastier!!! The staff is completely indifferent.

They're cheating. I ordered the smallest chicken shawarma (1150), according to the card they calculated it as a small one with pork (1300). It doesn't taste very good, it feels like only pickles are in the composition.
