Very bad customer service! Rude and unprofessional. The operator, Mariam, started yelling at me after I complained about their unacceptable practice of sending the professional who was working at my house to another client. How is that even allowed?
The electrician was working on my case but left to buy necessary items (for the second time, by the way, because the first time he forgot to buy everything needed and didn’t calculate correctly). Meanwhile, Mariam called and said he was being sent to another client, and she couldn’t tell me when he would return to finish my case!
Never use their services. Prices are extremely high, and the professionals are mediocre at best.

They can't do anything with the boiler, they took more than 100k for the parts, the replacement of which did not help in any way, you call them, they throw up their hands, they say they can't do anything, you have 3000. Nightmare

Disgusting service. It couldn't be worse. They don't talk about the cost of an obvious problem over the phone. The master comes and charges 3000 drams for the arrival without looking at the washing machine. Declares repairs that may not be available. And they charge 2 times more for work than anywhere else. In general, the service is as disgusting as possible. I do not advise anyone to contact this company.
