We ordered sushi on 26.10 and were very satisfied. Very good fast service, pleasant and courteous staff. Sushi is very tender , fresh and appetizing. I was very pleased with the speed and high quality of cooking. Definitely the best in the city! I recommend it!

Today we ordered sushi, to be honest it was terrible, I was very disappointed with this place, sushi sets are not the cheapest, but even there such twisting and slicing do not allow, very far from the picture in the photo, and in general it is not very pleasant to eat this. Please pay attention to how the employees twist them, it was obvious to the naked eye that there was not enough weight.

An order was made for wok combo 1 and wok combo 2. In one of the combos of funchez with chicken. It's tasteless, the chicken needs to be searched under a microscope. The second combo is seafood rice. In fact, overcooked rice porridge with mussels is tasteless. There are no requirements for sushi and delivery, if you want to eat noodles or rice with seafood, it is better to order somewhere else. In general, we are disappointed-we will not order a second time, we will not recommend the institution to our friends.

The institution has deteriorated from the word "completely". Half a year ago, I would have written a positive review, but the way the staff treats customers now is just terrible. We take the situation: Friday, we are going to sit with the company to relax, we make an order 3 hours before the appointed time, they accept it, they promise to bring it at 21:00 as agreed. In parallel, an order is being made in another delivery (I will not name the name so that they do not think that the review is from competitors). We are sitting, waiting, the whole company has gathered, at 20:45 a courier from another delivery company arrives. He brings the order, issues the checks, wishes you a good evening and leaves. We are waiting further, at 21:30 there is still no order from Tuna. We call, it turns out our courier left with our order and two more to breed at 21:00. OK, we are waiting for more, but patience is already running out. 21:45 we call again, the administrator rudely responds and does not allow us to insert a word, it turns out that the courier left 10 minutes ago. By the way, it takes 7 minutes to walk from the place of preparation to the place of delivery at a slow pace. The administrator is trying to make a 15% discount on the next order, but I don't need to, I'm not going to order here anymore. As a result, we agreed on a discount of 5 rubles for this order. 21:55 the courier comes running, hands over the package with the order, shrugs his shoulders and quickly leaves without saying a word, there is no receipt, respectively. It seems like everyone, well, they were late, well, sometimes they didn't apologize, well, okay. A surprise awaited us when we opened the box with the order, rolls with a diameter of 1.5 cm. Seriously??? Yes, their number coincided with the site, but their size was amazing. It is a pity that they did not immediately think of weighing the order and comparing it with the site. In order not to talk nonsense, I will attach a photo, as well as a photo in comparison with a competitor company that delivered their order on time.
Bottom line: half a year ago, I praised this delivery and this institution to my friends, after this situation, the attitude towards this place has changed dramatically. Delivery is terrible, customer focus is terrible. If you do not take into account the size of the product, then the product itself is acceptable. Prices are average in the city.

However, when ordering, the administrator did not mention that the order could not be completed in full due to the lack of ingredients.

A woman dialed: she reported that the execution of the order was about 1 hour. 2 hours later, I call to find out where my order is and lo and behold: they tell me as if nothing had happened that my order was accepted 30 minutes ago, and the courier with my order is at the other end of the city.
In general: the order was canceled. Owners: pay attention to the staff and their work.

They make it delicious. BUT tom-yam has been impossible to order for 3 months. The exit terminal has been closed for about the same period. And if it is not possible to pay in cash, you have to transfer money to the card (with a commission on the operation).
Delivery time is a separate topic!!! The city is small and 1.5-2 hours for delivery - frankly, it's a SHIT!
