After a decade of unsuccessful dental treatments in the UK, I came across Turadent on social media. At first, I wasn’t sure whether I would go ahead with treatment—I was genuinely frustrated and had lost hope. I got in touch out of curiosity, and luckily, I was connected with the wonderful Sibel Hanım, my patient representative. From the beginning, she was incredibly kind, patient, and never tired of answering my many (and sometimes silly!) questions. I even sent her both mine and my partner’s photos, and I was really impressed by the feedback. Our first visit was in January. Although Sibel Hanım was abroad attending a seminar, she stayed in constant communication with us. At the clinic, we were warmly welcomed by Adnan Bey, another truly kind and helpful person. There are no corners cut at Turadent—everything is done with transparency, clear communication, and the highest level of professionalism. The entire experience made what I expected to be a stressful journey feel easy and smooth. Now, I finally have my beautiful smile—and for the first time ever, I can smile with confidence.
