For the first time I encountered a turbine malfunction, a Fiat Ducato car, 2014, 2.3. I service cars at the Avtosvservice service station (I recommend it), located in the village of Borovlyany. They made a diagnosis, the turbine was not blowing, they removed it and recommended contacting Turbotechnik. I called Nikolai, an employee, explained the problems, informed him about the urgency of repairs, received professional advice, announced the preliminary cost and timing of repairs, and promised to do it as quickly as possible. I didn't even have to take them, their driver picked up the turbine a couple of hours after my call to Nikolai, and a couple more hours later they called me back and announced the results of the defect and agreed on repairs. In the evening of the same day, the turbine and a set of necessary gaskets were brought to the service station, and I met the courier myself. They're installing it today. I am very grateful to Nikolai for understanding the situation and efficiency in organizing repairs, to the craftsmen for the quality of the work done, and to all the employees of their company who participated in this process.
