A former Soviet hotel with standard rooms and a spacious lobby downstairs. It's not in the center, but it's inexpensive (I took a single room), so when choosing where to stay in Minsk (in an expensive center or on Partizansky Prospekt), my choice was obvious. There is free parking right next to the hotel. To get to the center, you go to the Partizanskaya metro station (the entrance is right next to the exit from the hotel), and in 10 minutes you reach the center (Nemiga station). The room and bathroom are decorated with classic solid 3 stars, everything is standard, solid and functional, a metal key, the carpet is slightly worn, the mattress is normal, the TV is working. One of the advantages is a lot of light, and there is a central chandelier (usually there is no overhead light in hotels, but this is a Soviet hotel). The disadvantages are that there is no electric kettle (but there is a cooler in the hallway), the refrigerator is weak and there is no freezer. For 1-2 nights, the Tourist is a very reasonable and comfortable accommodation option.
