The worst hotel I've ever seen. We traveled as part of a tour group with one overnight stay at this hotel. The room is on the verge of fiction:
1. Darned grey linen
2. the bed will fall apart
3. The towels are grey
4. The washbasin is broken
5. The sockets are just dumped out
And the apogee of all this is breakfast.
For breakfast, an omelette made of ROTTEN eggs was served, it was fine, sausages of the same quality. And yes, the staff checks the water in the tea boiler with dirty fingers, dipping them there to check the heating temperature.

Удачное месторасположение для тех кто любит лесопарки, речки. Рядом большой супермаркет, в котором есть все и на любой вкус. Асмортимент продуктов широчайший).
В гостинице чисто, уютно. Доброжелательный персонал.
Все без критики. Есть одна рекомендация: хорошо обновить обои.
Рекомендую гостиницу для командировочных (сам был в командировке).

Гостиница понравилась. В номере чисто, аккуратно, не накурено. Есть в номере холодильник, телевизор, чайник, фен, мыло, шампунь, гель для душа, три полотенца разных размеров. В фойе есть куллер с горячей и холодной водой. При гостинице есть ресторан, утром с 7 до 10 можно позавтракать. Днем есть комплексный обед. Вкусно, цены доступные. На первом этаже есть бар, можно попить кофе. В пределах одной остановки от гостиницы находится самый большой в городе ТРЦ Тринити.

Расположен на окраине Гродно, но до центра буквально несколько остановок на 1 автобусе или 9 троллейбусе.
А в 10 минутах пешком, 2 остановки, направо из гостиницы самый большой ТЦ Беларуси - Тринити, там же супермаркет сети Green, с кулинарией.
Если неохота туда тащиться, то напротив отеля гипермаркет Евроопт.
Я так поняла, из впечатлений туристов нашей группы, что номера все разные, какие-то видимо реновированные, какие-то нет.
Я жила в одноместном на 7-м этаже- кровать двуспальная - у меня было вполне прилично. Есть холодильник! В санузле небольшая ванная. В номере чисто, но пыль на поверхностях была.
На этаже кулер.
Вайфай в холле и на этаже разный, но администратор вам все расскажет, везде работает отлично.
Завтракали не в гостинице, тут ничего не знаю.
Если не хотите переплачивать за отели в центре, то вам сюда. Меня все устроило.

Неплохая гостиница, рядом самый крупный ТЦ в городе, большой продуктовый магазин. В номере есть чайник, погонять чай самое оно. До центра, в принципе недалеко, 5-6 остановок на автобусе или троллейбусе. Все чисто и отлично. Столовая, не шведский стол, но быстро и вкусно. Вообще в Белоруссии, как мне кажется, нет места где не вкусно кормят.

+ Номера хорошие, чисто, приемлемые цены, расположение не самый центр, но цена решает вопрос транспортной доступности.
- не во всех номерах есть кондиционер, что в жару крайне неудобно. При открытых окнах все звуки улицы не дают спать..
Столовая при отеле, ну ресторан, как они себя называют, с подогретой подсохшей овсяной кашей не зашла совсем. Кто-то хвалит, может им повезло больше повезло с поваром и раздачей. Персонал адекватный, но у администраторов нет взаимосвязи. Каждые 12 часов приходит новый администратор и он далеко не всегда в курсе что где и как происходит в отеле. Договорились с услугами платной прачечной, администратор согласовала с работникамипо времени приёмки и готовности, но.. Что-то пошло не так. Следующий сменный администратор наотрез отказалась принимать стирку. Неожиданно и негативно.
В общем, человеческий фактор...
Вопрос к руководству отеля, как передаётся информация по смене ?
В целом, если без питания и допуслуг только переночевать вполне приемлемый вариант цена-качество-расположение.
