I gave the laptop away for repair. Three weeks of silence. Fortunately, there was no urgency. After my call, they informed me that they could not find a spare part and make repairs. I decided to pick it up. The work schedule is the same, but there is already no one on site. I decided to pick it up before lunch the next day, but it was already closed and the master had just left. As a result, I was able to pick it up only on the third day. They also took money for such a service, and not "symbolic" ones. I paid without any questions. I would have agreed with the amount in full if I hadn't gone there several times and waited three weeks for an answer. By the way, they found a spare part in another workshop, and delivered it, and all in 3 days! As a master, I cannot evaluate this specialist, but I will definitely not apply anymore.
