At this dealer, where I went just to move the number, they made it look like a Tivibu subscription was mandatory and made me open a Tivibu satellite subscription. They're doing this to sell fake satellite subscriptions. Be careful at dealers. They can't force anything on you. If necessary, call customer service and complain. That's what I did, I was saved. Although Türk Telekom is an official dealer, they mislead people. Customer service called and apologized on behalf of the dealer and closed my account.
