I have applied for the transfer of my Mobile line on November 1, 2025. Although I made the transfer and said that I did not want to renew the commitment, they said that this was not possible, they had to renew the commitment, if I did not want to, I should call customer service, this process would take 2 hours to be reflected in the system. Thinking that I had to, I accepted, the transfer was made, my commitment was renewed, but then I was told that I had to buy the tivibu package was sold, because I didn't feel comfortable, I called customer service and asked, I was told that there was no such obligation, and my tivibu package was canceled.
