Türk Telekom's Kemer branch is a place where you expect service, but it's a complete disappointment. I went to change sim cards, the staff is either stalling with excuses such as “out of stock” or “in cargo”. They said they have it at the branch in MarkAntalya, I went 50 km, and there they said, “Wait 2 days or give 25 TL”, like they're officially kidding. There are some employees who are friendly, for example, Ilkay Bey or Suna Hanım are doing their job, but they are usually uninterested, the male staff are especially cold and reverse. Not to mention the Internet and phone reception problems, they are fast when receiving bills, but the service is zero. If you have to go for an urgent procedure, go, or look for another operator. Türk Telekom's Kemer branch is a place you go hoping for service but leave disappointed. Went to replace a SIM card, and the staff either said “out of stock” or “it's in transit” with lame excuses. They sent me to MarkAntalya's branch, 50 km away, only to hear “wait 2 days or pay 25 TL.” Total nonsense. Some employees, like Ilkay or Suna, are friendly and try, but most are indifferent, especially the male staff—rude and unhelpful. Internet and phone signal issues are constant, yet they're quick to charge for bills. Only go if you're desperate; otherwise, find another provider.
