After the death of my father, my line was closed for use about 1-1.5 hours after leaving the Fatih Türk Telekom directorate, where I applied for the transfer of the line to my side on 17.03.2025, as a result of a wrong transaction at the directorate. I went to the directorate exactly 5 times during 22 days, went to various branches, filed complaints to the call center many times. as if it wasn't enough that I lost my phone number, which I have been using for 15 years, as a result of an erroneous transaction, and an invoice of 860.62₺ was issued under the name of tax over a closed line that I didn't use. I objected, the petition was granted. I bought Red. 23. I went to my line that was closed on the day and had it opened at the same time on the same day by making the transfer process in turkcell. Since the transfer fee is made in turkcell, I will pay the fee of 90 ₺ reflected on my invoice every month for 1 year.
Pays payback to Turk Telekom for the deducted invoice fee of 860,82₺ in this case and also I would like to make a financial and moral victimization compensation payment because I have been without phone for 23 days. They tell me to my face that you're right and send a red reply via sms from behind.
