The guy with the beard was making jokes and gestures, and the girl started screaming. I used to be in another branch — the staff there was polite and helped me figure it out. But boors work in this department, and the attitude towards foreigners is simply outrageous. Dear management, it is unacceptable to incite hostility and humiliate visitors in the workplace!
