A very negative impression about this store. Foreigners (and probably not only foreigners), taking advantage of their ignorance of the language, are trying to sell additional expensive services without explanation. I came to extend my monthly plan for a tourist and I was charged 255 TL for the plan + 400 TL for nothing. At the time, they said that this was an annual tax (the tour card is valid for only 3 months), and the next day that this was the price for updating the system / SIM card / phone (underline the necessary, because they themselves could not really explain what the upgrade was). Another store in Kadikoy, where I came later, confirmed that there was a problem and helped me file a complaint with TC support. If something like this happens to you here, just call the police immediately.
