Hi! I would like to thank all the Turkish airlines cabin crew, especially M. Erme. 30.07.2024 we were flying from Moscow to Istanbul flight TK418. During the flight my 4-years old child received burns from hot tea! He cried for 2 hours! All the cabin crew helped us! They put ice, cold water. They asked if there was a doctor on the flight and for the medicine. There was no suitable medicine on board (we needed nurofen for baby) But all the passengers helped us too! Especially doctor Sergey (if it is possible to tell him how I am thankful to him - I would be so happy). After landing crew called the doctor and he made a check for my son. Everything was already okay! I am very VERY MUCH GRATEFUL

Beware of Turkish Airlines. I was flying to an important event. I bought a ticket for a flight with my wife. This flight arrived at Nice airport with a reserve, so that we would have time to meet our family. I bought a ticket for this flight, despite its high cost, almost three times more expensive than the next flight. When my wife and I were sitting on the plane and waiting for boarding to complete, airline employees approached us and said that my seat headrest was damaged and I would not be able to fly this flight. My wife and I were forcibly thrown out of the plane and told that we would be compensated for the cost of the ticket and sent on the next flight. We walked with an employee of the company for an hour at the Istanbul airport, we were not refunded for the ticket and were given a paper by which we can receive compensation and were told that this can only be done at the airline's ticket office. The next flight was delayed for three hours, we spent more than 8 hours at the airport. We were late for an important family event! Several months passed and I contacted the Turkish Airlines ticket office several times, each time I was given the answer, yes, we must pay you, but we do not have cash in such an amount. Beware of Turkish Airlines if time and health are important to you. This was the most rude attitude. Be vigilant, avoid such service!

I flew with Turkish airline from Singapore to Podgorica vis Istanbul business class on 26.01.24. It is not the furst time I use this airline but for the first tome It was an unlucky trip for me. First I left my hand luggage on the plane and it took me a few days before it was found. I was so exhausted by the long trip and loss of my hand luggage with my computer, medicine and cosmetics that I did not look at the other bag when I got it. I only felt it became much lighter. I brought it home but did not open, just left it in the bedroom. I spent a few days calling your office and filling in forms. A few days later i decided to open the big suite case. But I saw that the lock is broken, it is open and half of the things are missing! My 5 designer dresses, 2 skirts, theatre small bags, sport costume, shoes, 2 kilograms of Cambodia coffee, a new wool scarf. I was shocked. How could it happen? Where do the workers who transport suite cases from one flight to another have space without cameras where they can brake locks, search the contents and tske the best and most expensive things? You have to investigate the case. I am a frequent flightier but such theft happens to me for the first time.
