Great hotel. Not 5 stars, but very stylish and pleasant. There are many old, carefully restored pieces of furniture and household items with a history in the rooms and lobby. Breakfast on the roof overlooking the Blue Mosque and Trabzon. There is a covered terrace with a fireplace and an outdoor balcony. The rooms are clean. The bed and towels are all clean, without stains. Each room has its own name and style. Of course, there are traces of time in some places, but the hotel is not new. For the money we paid, it's fine. There is shampoo, soap and shower gel in the shower. The hotel is perfectly located, in the very center of all historical movements, but in the morning and evening you need to be ready for the calls of the mullah to prayer. First from Hagia Sophia, then from the Blue Mosque. You can hear perfectly in the room even with the windows closed. The breakfast buffet is served. There is a lot of food, everything is delicious. At breakfast, you can feed the seagulls directly from your hands. In general, if you just need to live in a nice place, without five-star bells and whistles and at a good price, this hotel is the best)

Hot on the trail review, stayed at the hotel at the end of October 2025 First, about the good things The location of the hotel is top! This is not the first time I have stayed in Sultanahmet, it is very convenient here — you return to the hotel downhill, close to any type of transport, buses from the new airport (Havaist) are based in 3 minutes on foot, no transfer or taxi is needed. Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby, but it's quiet enough, if you don't take into account prayer at the Blue Mosque and construction activity under the windows. Good breakfasts for three people, there is always something hot, yogurt, really delicious cheese of several types, fresh vegetables, olives, pastries. Normal coffee. Breakfasts are served on the veranda overlooking the Blue Mosque and the backyards of similar terraces of neighboring hotels. The wifi didn't work at first, but then it magically connected. There is a tiny refrigerator. Now the fly in the ointment. Guys, the Standard room category does not give you the right to use bed linen with holes and torn towels! The linen was changed (who writes about the daily change of linen – don't believe it, it's just well refilled)))), and the towels pleased the eye with the traces of a lifetime. The floor is clean, but there is a finger—thick layer of dust on the bracket that secures the headboard to the wall, as in all non-obvious places. There is mold in the bathroom, peeling plumbing, and the water in the shower stall is draining badly. The bathroom itself with a shower cabin is microscopic, and a person with a solid build will be uncomfortable. The furniture is old, just plain old, not renovated or cleaned, and it is unpleasant to use it. There are no dishes in the room, not even a toothbrush cup. The audibility is hellish, both from the street and from the neighbors. Fortunately, the neighbors were quiet. In general, everything is asking to be updated, painted, changed to new and fresh.

The only thing I can say about the hotel is that it is well located, next to the Bosphorus and the Blue Mosque. The hotel has good breakfasts, but upon check-in we were given a terrible room with a musty and damp smell and iron beds, but we managed to give up this room and we were accommodated in a suite with a view of the Bosphorus and the Blue Mosque. The staff at the hotel is friendly, they don't speak Russian, only Turkish and a little English.
