It 's a terrible hotel. There 's mold in the bathroom , and the air conditioner isn 't working. The pictures don 't correspond to reality at all . There 's trash in the yard and dogs with cats. The impression was terrible, we just ran away.

A two-storey building with an attic. In places it is a little "tired", but in general it is clean, everything is there for comfort, the mattress is soft, central heating, hot water - everything is OK. The lobby has a lot of sofas, there is an interesting design. The staff is very quiet and helpful. Rooms in the attic (N 301... and subsequent ones) with a sloping ceiling, tall people may not be very comfortable. A day with a buffet breakfast in March 2023: 600 liras / 2,400 rubles. The breakfast is good, the set is ordinary, the red sausage was delicious (!), fresh pastries, instant coffee is so-so. The location of the hotel is very good: from the patio you can see the sea 30 meters away, all stops are 3-5 minutes on foot, the HAVAIST express stop is there, near the district council, embankment, lyceum, shopping center, cafes, bakeries, etc. - a good area. And the best part is that the hotel is located right at the beginning of a pedestrian street along the embankment, there are many cafes and walking areas. I really liked this area.
